Ellen’s Mont Blanc Ascent

March 17th, 2010 No Comments   Posted in Photos

Dear Friends and Family,

I put all of my efforts into climbing to the top of Europe backed by your support and generous donations. After a week of glacier training and acclimatizing (and months at the gym!), I felt ready to go… Unfortunately, however, the weather got in the way of reaching the summit (we got close though!). Even without the last few hundred meters, the whole experience was truly amazing and I felt closer to Eddie that week than I have all year… On behalf of BigEd.org, thank you for sharing this with me and for helping so many cancer patients in memory of my brother.

Warm regards,
Ellen
ps Below I’ve added a few photos, enjoy!
